We stand behind the quality of every gift.

Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom-branded items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@thinkitcorporategifting.com with photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
